Breaking News:
  Vioxx Taken off Market

In September 2004, Merck announced the recall of Vioxx because it had been associated with heart attacks, stroke, cardiovascular injuries and other serious side effects.

An internal study showed that patients taking Vioxx (also known as Rofecoxib) had double the risk of having a heart attack, stroke or other serious injury.

If you have taken Vioxx, you may be entitled to monetary damages for injuries.
